Complete set of five SHS bending formers for Swadesir Pipe Benders, covering 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm and 50mm square hollow section. A versatile and cost-effective tooling package for gate manufacture, frames and general fabrication work.
The formers will not produce a “furniture” quality bend, which can only be obtained with a rotary type tube bender, but will produce a practical, extra strong concave throat bend using equipment costing typically 5-10% of specialised rotary equipment. Material wall thickness should be a minimum of 2mm and 3mm for the larger sizes.
